How to exhibit my art on ArtDeme?
First, you have to create an artiste account and then select the plan that suits you best. After, you can directly fill out the artist template with all the necessary information. Once submitted, ArtDeme’s team of Art advisors will assess your application before making any decision. We will inform you of our decision as soon as possible.
How does a sale on ArtDeme works?
When a customer is interested in your artwork, we automatically receive their request and contact you. You will then have 4 days to confirm the availability of your artwork and to prepare the shipping package. If our message is left unanswered, we will consider the artwork unavailable and we will cancel the customer’s request.
How is the place of pickup of the artwork established?
When you receive a request for availability, you must confirm that the storage address that you have previously given is still valid, this address is the address pickup address. In the event that you change the address of the pickup, and in the event that this change of address involves an increase in delivery charges, you shall refund the difference.
What is a storage address?
The storage address is the place from which your artwork will be picked up when you sell. This address is used to determine the shipping costs supported by the buyer. It is therefore very important that if this address changes, you change it in your My Account area.
Who pays the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are borne by the purchaser.
Who pays the packing fees?
The packing costs are paid by the artist.
What happens when I sell on ArtDeme?
When the customer is satisfied, ArtDeme transfers the amount of the artwork deducted from the commission. In order to receive your money transfer, you must communicate us your IBAN. So that we can then credit you with the agreed amount.
What if the customer is not satisfied?
ArtDeme will reimburse the customer and schedule the parcel collection before shipping it back to you.
Does leasing change something for me?
Absolutely nothing! Whether you sell directly to an individual or lease to a company with ArtDeme, all sales conditions are the same, you will receive your payment in one go at the time of the transaction.
